Global Oceana (Pvt) Ltd is the sole agent for Synkromax-India in SriLanka. SynkroMax is the manufacturer and supplier of tissue engineered products, plant based Enzymes and a number of other products.

SYNKROMAX BIOTECH PVT LTD has been established in Chennai, in the year 2009. The Registered Office is located at Chennai, INDIA. SynkroMax is engaged in manufacturing enzymes for Textile,Leather, Food, Feed, Tea, Pharma, Detergent, Pulp & Paper, Brewery and Distillery Industries. In addition to enzymes, SynkroMax is manufacturing Textile and Leather Auxiliaries and Agri products,such as, Plant Growth Promoter and Super Spreading Agent.
SynkroMax has Pan-India presence covering all the major markets with dedicated Marketing and Technical Services personnel. Our Business Associates are operating in most of the South East Asian Countries. Application Laboratories for Leather have been set up in Ranipet (near Chennai) and Kanpur. Another Application Laboratory for Textiles has been established at Chennai. SynkroMax has a Branch Office at Bangalore and a Manufacturing Facility for Leather Auxiliaries at Puducherry. Our Depot is at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, for Leather and Textile products, operated by our C&F agent.

Management Team

Tissa Jayaweera – Chairman / Managing Director

Undertook his postgraduate studies in the US. Joined Pepsi Cola and was a part of driving its Customer Care initiatives. Subsequently joined General Motors as a Sales & Marketing Lead. As a business leader in Sri Lanka, he currently heads multiple companies across a diverse set of business verticals. As Chairman of Global Oceana (Pvt) Ltd, representing SynkroMax he aims to build the company into a world’s leading manufacturer and supplier of tissue engineered products, plant based Enzymes and other products, offering and supporting its customer growth with research & development supported by superior quality and service

Usha Subramanian – Director

Has a Master of Commerce and Philosophy and is responsible for setting the mission of the company and assuring that all activities adhere to that mission. Strongly believes that any business conduct can be ethical only when it rests on the nine core values of Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Fairness, Purposefulness, Trust, Responsibility, Citizenship and Caring. She has led Synkromax to recieve back to back National awards from the President of Inda.

Maxim Flamer Caldera – Director

Migrated to Australia in 1968 having worked in export s in Sri Lanka’s tea industry. Following the establishment of a successful import business in Sydney, he formed the family company which has been trading alcohol internationally since 1980 and continues to do so. He has also embraced the eco – friendly avenue for sustainable agriculture given his background and practises in Australia.
